Delfont Mackintosh Theatres is owned by Sir Cameron Mackintosh and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End with many theatres having had major refurbishments in the last few years, combining beautiful restoration with twenty first century comfort. This includes the magnificent restoration of the Victoria Palace Theatre in 2017.
These significant upgrades to all Delfont Mackintosh theatres demonstrate Cameron Mackintosh’s unique approach to maintaining his theatres to the highest possible standards to give the audiences and artists a memorable theatrical experience.
A huge part of this experience are the fully trained professional staff working at each theatre.
At Delfont Mackintosh Theatres we offer an exclusive work experience program which operates between February and August each year to allow students to discover more about the running of these glorious West End venues.
Successful applicants are given the opportunity to spend five days at one of the theatres within the group. During their time with us they work shadow Theatre Management, Front of House, Stage Management , Box Office and Electrics with a day in each department.
