This session is step free, and accessible to wheelchair users. Our team are here to help, go to the info desk in the registration foyer and one of our team will escort you to this session via the accessible route. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts, to ensure you have plenty of time to get there.

Booking Rules: Please book no more than two workshops or tours, plus one Main Stage Event. This will allow you to get to sessions on time and explore our Exhibitor Marketplace.

In Person Waiting List: If the RSVP for this event is closed, you will be able to join the ‘on the day’ waitlist which will operate at the session venue in case of any last minute cancellations. Just come to the venue and a volunteer will direct you to where you need to queue. This will operate on a first come first served basis, and will not guarantee entry.
