Want to work in theatre, but not as an actor? TheatreCraft is for you!

We provide you with all of the information, resources and advice on your next steps for breaking into the industry. We host the UK’s largest free careers fair for young people aged 16-30 looking for an off-stage career in theatre. 

TheatreCraft was created by Masterclass  in 2003 as a way to provide opportunities and advice to young people seeking off-stage roles in theatre, and is now run in partnership with the Society of London Theatre, the Royal Opera House, and Mousetrap Theatre Projects.

At TheatreCraft, you can:

  • Take part in Workshops and Talks with West End theatres led by top industry professionals
  • Explore a vibrant Marketplace packed with stalls and talk to leading UK theatres, companies and education providers
  • Make connections and network with other young people starting their theatre careers
